FLOURISH EQUALITY

Lainy  named her company Flourish,  because that is what she wants to help everyone she meets to do, whether in life, in work or in education.

Throughout Lainy’s career the one thing that has always been important to her is fairness, access and inclusion, which is why in many job roles she has led on equality, diversity and inclusion.

Lainy’s own experiences have shaped her drive to make a difference.

When Lainy met Nicole Ponsford from the Global Equality Collective (GEC), she knew immediately that she wanted to support her work and collaborate.

If you are serious about embedding equality good practices in the true sense, not just ticking boxes then we can design support around you and GEC can help us uncover the blind spots!
