For those seeking a deeper experience, the advanced 'Camera Funnel' training, leads you through a comprehensive, layered process suitable for both individuals and groups, this can also be an excellent coaching tool and again, has it's own handy workbook.
Lainy also uses well-researched methodologies to contribute to positive outcomes, while adapting both training and coaching, to the specific context of your organisation or specific team.
Coaching Style
It is important to note that this is a mixture of traditional coaching, mentoring and teaching on a one-to-one basis or with small groups. This is unlike most of the other coaching options you may be familiar with, as it is not reliant on the coachee coming up with all the answers. Much of what we do is train and mentor, then allowing coachees to explore and discuss experiences, finding their own unique methods of working but from a foundation of new knowledge and insights.
