Tim Coburn
Tim Coburn is the Owner and Director of Flourish.
He is a performance focused leadership development specialist with 20 years experience at world class organisations including the BBC, Motorola and Rolls-Royce.
Specialities
His expertise is in the design and delivery of executive and leadership development, including practical guides that make leadership easier, effective and enjoyable. He is the originator of Leadership as Authorship, Flow Coaching, Personal Journeys and other tools in The Leader’s Toolkit.
He is an outstanding facilitator who gives confidence to leadership teams involved in strategic decisions and plans – a great enabler of successful ‘off-site’ meetings and extended leadership team events.
He has further expertise in the professional development of consultants, coaches and facilitators based on an effective framework of systemic, constructionist and narrative practices. He offers introductory and advanced programmes through The Flourish Academy.

Experience
Tim is a former Global Head of Talent Management and Global Head of Learning and Development at Roll-Royce plc.
Earlier, he was a Leadership Development, OD and Talent Management Executive at Motorola and a Senior Management Trainer and OD Executive at the BBC.
He is currently retained as a Leadership Consultant at Kenya Airways after spending a year with the airline in Kenya during 2009-10.
